Delete your account
This page explains how to have your NeuroFlip leaderboard account, and everything stored on it, permanently deleted.
If you never joined a leaderboard, there is nothing to delete. Playing signed out keeps everything in the save file on your own device — uninstalling the game removes it, and we never had a copy.
How to request deletion
Email support@aidribblers.com with the subject “NeuroFlip account deletion”, and tell us which account to remove:
- If you signed in with Google — send the request from the same email address you signed in with. That is how we confirm the account is yours.
- If you played anonymously — send us your in-game username, which you can read at the top of the Settings screen or on your row on any leaderboard.
We will confirm by email once it is done. We aim to complete deletions within 7 days, and always within 30.
What gets deleted
- Your username, display name and email address.
- Your postal address and country, whether published or not.
- Your uploaded profile picture, removed from storage.
- Every score you have posted, and your entries on all three leaderboards.
- Your daily-run streak history and your career totals.
Deletion is permanent. Scores that were on a public board are removed from it, and there is no way to restore them afterwards.
What is not affected
- Your progress on your device. Levels, stars, coins and the codex live in the local save file and are untouched — you can keep playing. To clear those too, use Reset progress in Settings, or uninstall.
- Your Google account. We only ever had a sign-in link to it; deleting here changes nothing on Google's side.
- Server request logs, which contain no profile data and are deleted automatically after 14 days regardless.
Just want to remove some of it?
You do not have to delete the whole account to reduce what is stored. From the Settings screen inside the game you can clear your name, clear your address, turn off Show on the leaderboard, or remove your uploaded picture — each takes effect immediately.
