Privacy Policy

For NeuroFlip: Mind & Memory, an Android game published by AI Dribblers.

Effective 24 August 2026 · last updated 24 August 2026

The short version. You can play the entire game without an account and without sending us anything at all. If you join a leaderboard, we store the scores you post and the profile you choose to fill in. Your email address is never shown to anyone else, and your postal address stays private unless you deliberately switch it on. We do not sell your data.

1. Who we are

NeuroFlip: Mind & Memory is made and operated by AI Dribblers. For anything in this policy — questions, corrections, or a deletion request — write to support@aidribblers.com.

2. Playing without an account

The campaign, the Daily Run and the codex all work with no account and no network. In that mode your progress — levels, stars, coins, the codex, your settings — is stored only in the save file on your own device. We cannot see it, and uninstalling the game deletes it.

Nothing in the sections below happens until you choose to join a leaderboard or sign in.

3. What we collect when you join a leaderboard

Joining creates an account on our server. There are two kinds, and they differ in what identifies you.

Anonymous accounts

Tapping Join without signing in creates an account keyed to a random install identifier that the game generates on your device. It is not your advertising ID, not your device serial, and not tied to anything else you own. We give you an auto-generated username. No email is involved.

Google sign-in

Signing in with Google verifies your identity through Firebase Authentication. We receive and store your Google account identifier, your email address, your display name, and the URL of your Google profile picture. We never receive your Google password.

If you played anonymously first, signing in folds that account into your Google one, keeping the better score on every board, rather than leaving you with two.

Everything stored on an account

DataWhere it comes fromWho can see it
Username Generated for you, or chosen by you Public on the boards
Display name Your Google name, or whatever you type instead Public on the boards
Email address Google sign-in only Never public. Visible only to you and to us
Profile picture Your Google photo, or one you upload Public on the boards
Postal address Only if you type one in Private by default. Public only if you switch on Show on the leaderboard
Country Only if you set one Public on the boards
Scores and stats Your play — per-level scores, stars, moves, time taken, perfect clears, best combo, daily streak, fruits found, total playtime Public on the boards
Account status Whether the account is Google-verified, and when it was last seen The verified tick is public; the rest is not

About the address field. It is free text and entirely optional — most players leave it empty. It exists so a player can show where they are playing from. It is private by default, it stays private unless you deliberately turn the switch on, and clearing the field turns the switch off too. We will never publish it retroactively. If you would rather it did not exist on your account at all, clear the field and it is removed.

4. Technical data our server records

Like any web service, our API records a small amount of technical information about requests:

  • IP address — used to apply rate limits, so one client cannot flood the service, and to investigate abuse. Authorisation headers and tokens are stripped from our logs before they are written.
  • Request logs — the path, method, status and timing of API calls, kept for 14 days and then deleted automatically.

5. Advertising

Versions of NeuroFlip that display advertising use Google AdMob. Where ads are shown, Google acts as an independent controller of the data it collects through them and may use your device's advertising ID, approximate location derived from your IP address, and interaction with the ads themselves in order to select and measure what you are shown.

We do not receive, store, or have access to your advertising ID, and we do not share any of the account data described in section 3 with advertisers. Google's handling of ad data is governed by its own policies:

You can limit ad personalisation at any time from your device: Settings → Google → Ads, where Android offers Delete advertising ID and Opt out of Ads Personalisation. Doing so does not remove ads; it makes them non-personalised.

6. Who else your data reaches

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We use these providers to run the game:

ProviderWhat forWhere
Amazon Web ServicesRuns the API, stores uploaded profile pictures, serves this siteUnited States (us-east-1)
MongoDB AtlasThe database holding accounts and scoresUnited States
Google FirebaseVerifies Google sign-inGoogle infrastructure
Google AdMobServes advertising, where shownGoogle infrastructure

We may also disclose data where the law genuinely requires it, or to investigate abuse of the leaderboards such as cheating or impersonation.

7. International transfers

Our servers are in the United States. If you play from elsewhere — including the UK, the EEA, or anywhere with comparable rules — the data described above is transferred to and stored in the US. Where those transfers are subject to UK or EU data-protection law, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses as offered by our providers.

8. How long we keep things

  • Account and scores — kept while the account exists, because a leaderboard with holes in it is not a leaderboard. Deleted when you ask us to delete the account.
  • Uploaded profile pictures — replaced immediately when you upload a new one; removed when you remove the picture or delete the account.
  • Server request logs — 14 days, then deleted automatically.
  • On-device save file — until you uninstall the game or use Reset progress.

Note that Reset progress inside the game deliberately keeps your leaderboard account. It clears the save on your device. If you want the account gone too, see the next section.

9. Your choices and your rights

You can, at any time and without giving a reason:

  • Play without an account — nothing leaves the device.
  • Edit or clear your name, address and country in Settings.
  • Remove your uploaded picture, which restores your Google photo if you have one.
  • Un-publish your address with the switch beside it.
  • Sign out, which ends the session without deleting anything.
  • Delete your account and everything on it — how to request deletion.

Depending on where you live you may also have the right to access a copy of your data, correct it, object to or restrict how we use it, ask for it in a portable form, or complain to your local data-protection authority. Write to support@aidribblers.com and we will answer within 30 days.

Our lawful bases, where that framing applies: consent for joining a leaderboard and for anything you type into your profile; legitimate interests for keeping the service running, applying rate limits, and preventing cheating.

10. Children

NeuroFlip is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, write to support@aidribblers.com and we will delete it.

11. Security

All traffic between the game and our API is encrypted with HTTPS. Stored data is encrypted at rest. Sessions use signed tokens rather than a stored password, and we never see your Google password at any point. No system is perfect, but we keep the amount we hold deliberately small — which is the only security measure that never fails.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and the copy shown inside the game will change with it — the game reads this same document. Material changes will be announced in the game's release notes.
